State Pushkin Museum of Fine Arts is one of the largest art collections of foreign art in Russia from ancient times to nowadays. The modern exposition introduces a large studying collection of tinted plaster casts from the antique statuary, Middle Ages statuary and Renaissance statuary and collection of real works of fine arts, sculpture, graphics and decorative-applied art.

In the halls of the first floor mostly originals are represented: works of art of Ancient Egypt, antiquity, collection of European paintings of VIII-XVIII centuries; two halls – Italian and Greek yards are given for casts. On the second floor there are halls of the art of Ancient Greece, Rome, Middle ages and Renaissance represented with casts. Halls of paintings show the art of XIX-XX centuries.
